Hi Patricia,
ECS is closed on weekends but sometimes Kristi monitors the chat board on weekends and may see your chat.
There are a couple of things you can do for your questions and concerns:
1) you can go to the ‘Customer Care’ title at the top of this ECS screen and tap on it, which will give you a menu that has ‘Contact Us’ which will give you a phone number to call OR use their e-mail form to send to them your questions and concerns.
2) wait until Monday and call their ‘Customer Service’ phone number. ECS has an excellent customer service and they ‘bend over backwards’ to assist their customers.
I’m not an ECS employee but saw your ‘chat’ on the ‘chat board’. I’m one of the stitchers on this chat board.

I looked at this item and noticed a notation that the Mill Hill Treasure has been discontinued, and is being substituted with Medium Fluted Amethyst Heart. Is that possibly what happened with your order? If not, as Bermuda said, ECS should be able to help on Monday.
