I haven't finished the pattern and in my move I lost the symbol pattern that coincides with the colors. any chance I can get a copy of the symbol pattern that coincides with the colors emailed to me so I can finally finish this beautiful pattern.

Thanks

Louis

I know this does not help for your problem now, but when I get patterns I make a copy of the symbol page and file it. Good luck!

Hi,
This is an Artecy pattern.
Your best bet is to go to “artecyshop.com” website. When you get to it, you’ll notice there is a ‘category’ menu on the left side of the screen. Scroll down towards the bottom of the screen where you will see it says, “Services” and under this you will see the word “Contact”. Tap on the Contact and the next screen will show you a e-mail form to contact Tereena. If you explain the situation, I’m sure she can assist you since it is one of her patterns. She is a very nice person.
I agree with ‘”22allamerican22” advice, make it a habit that when you first get your chart and it’s accompanying ‘floss symbol key” you make working copies and put the originals away.
You are not alone in having had this happen. I think most of us has had this happen to them. I had it happen to me on a large project I’m still working on, only I made the mistake of using the ORIGINAL ‘floss/symbol key’ sheet and it got so wrinkled and faded I could hardly read it. I was lucky enough to get another copy of the ‘key’ from
The designer and as soon as I received it, I immediately made TWO Copies of my new ‘original’ Floss/symbol key, filed the Original and one copy away with the original pattern and used the second ‘clean’ copy to continue to use as a working copy- my eyes thanked me, my nerves thanked me and I learned an important lesson!! :)

Hey to all you chatters. Thank you very much for getting back to me and Artecy got back to me and resolved my dilemma. I can now finish my tiger and get it framed. Louis

Hey Ipilon05!
Would you post a picture of your work, or your WIP, sometime? That looks like a gorgeous project, and I would love to see it completed ... or even in progress!

I’d love to see your WIP of the tiger as well. Those are such gorgeous animals.

Silly boy. The idea behind making duplicate copies is to keep them in two different places! LOL. Glad that you didn't lose the project. Artecy is great about helping stitchers who periodically loses part of a pattern. Many other companies would just ignore your request or try and sell you another pattern.
