If this ia a kit, then everything is included....cloth, thread, needle, chart and instructions. ECC is very good as far as delivery time, etc. You will not go wrong ordering from here! I've never had a problem getting what I ordered, and even when I change my mind, or see that I ordered the wrong thing, they are very helpful in helping me!

ECS is the best!! I can order something from them and it will arrive (in New Zealand) within 10 days. Whereas if I order something from another company I deal with in Australia I can be still waiting after a month (or more) to receive the package. ECS EVERY TIME!!

It all depends on what you are ordering and, if you are in a hurry, you should ensure that everything is "in stock" and ready to go. THAT said, you can depend on them to get your complete order to you as soon as humanly possible. AND THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO MAKE YOU HAPPY--WHATEVER IT TAKES! They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and they treat you like they want your business...all of it. You won't be disappointed. :)

Their customer service is excellent on ECS, better than other websites I’ve purchased from. I’ve ordered from them and have received my charts in a reasonable amount of time and packaging is very good; questions and/or concerns are handled quickly, professionally and they go out of their way to provide customer satisfaction.
