Click on the Customer Care link on the green bar near the top of the screen. You will find information regarding returns and refunds. For more specific questions you should contact Customer Service. You will find the contact information using the same link.

Something that I don't like about it is that you will be unable to mark off each line as you stitch unless you are constantly taking the pattern out and putting it back in.

Either way, be sure to make a working copy of all your patterns and put the original in a safe place for future reference.
