I've seen it listed on a some other sites at 18 count but not 16. I really hesitate to say this but look at etsy and ebay.
The reason I "hesitate" to recommend other sites that may compete with ECS.

Thanks to all for the information regarding Fiddlers cloth in 16 count. Believe it or not, I actually found it on Amazon and was able to order a 15 x 18 piece of fabric. Am waiting for delivery now.
