It does t say anything about the heart charm on the pattern. U can call from the top of the site about the pattern where it say customer care. About the charm you can choose and buy it from Etsy.com. Have fun

We do not have that specific chart available on our website. I even went to the designers website, Heart in Hand, and they actually didn't have any information listed as far as the charm. They have an email and a phone number listed on their website if you would like to contact them to ask about this specific charm and they also have a Facebook page.
