Bodie, ECS sells the complete kit that comes to them from Charles Craft. I suggest that you go to charlescraftinc.com which is their home page. Click on "contact us". There are several ways to contact them in North Carolina. I am sure they can tell you if it is possible to replace the instructions! (I am Stitcher in the chat room....)
