Hi deb0827-
You will need to call the Everything Cross Stitch ‘Customer Care” number to order your fabric- you left your message on the ECS ‘chat-board’.
Their phone number is 1-800-800-8517 and they are open between 8a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday -Friday. ECS has an excellent Customer Service reputation.
I’m one of the stitchers on their ‘chat-board’ that saw you fabric request, I’m not an ECS employee. Hope this helps! :)

Hello,

We don't do custom cuts. The cut sizes we have available our listed on our fabric page. When you click on the color of a fabric, the sizes that we have available will show up on the right side of your screen. Select the size that is closest to what you need and add it to your cart. You will probably have to do 1 yard at 25" which is a 36'" x 25". Hope this helps!

I really don't want to contradict Kristi. Is the 31-3/4 x 24-3/4 the dimensions of the actual stitching. if so, you need should add an extra six inches in width and height to allow room for finishing, Otherwise you will be stitching right to the edge of the fabric. One yard at 51 inches might be a better size. Just make very sure that you center you project exactly right. If it were me, I would go with the 51 x 54 inch piece and cut off the excess. This is going to be a huge project and I would be upset if I ran out of stitching room. You could always use the leftover fabric for another project.

You are correct Nancye! I apologize for the error on my part. I always forget about those borders, lol!

I took the question as the dimensions stated were the exact ones they were needing?! But you're right that if they hadn't considered the extra inches in those dimensions that in the post, then they would need the size you gave in your post.

So confusing sometimes, lol! Hope we haven't confused the original poster too much?!
