Is there possibly a conversion chart available to convert thread colours to DMC?

Here are the DMC alternates: 676, 840, 3364, 3354, 3726, 3828, 3053, 3835, 315, 156, 3363 and 3773. I believe the website www.cyberstitchers.com has a really good conversion chart though if you want to check that out :)
