It’s hard to tell from the photo of the red baseball frame is part of the cross stitch pattern or not. Or is that a mat?

Hi Anng-I checked the companion pattern( basketball). Stitch ct 66X74, finished size 4.7 X 5.3". So I would surmise only the white area is part of the pattern😊

Hello,
The red frame you see around the design is not included in the design. This design is stitched on white fabric and you can frame it however you choose :) I think Sue Hillis, the designer, just likes to add the framing and backgrounds for her covers :) Hope this helps!
