Only 1 charm arrived. 2 are missing.

If there are any missing charms, you should contact (call or e-mail) Customer Care at ECS. They are the people you should be dealing with to correct any issues you may have.

We apologize for that error but we don't handle any issues via the message boards due to privacy. Just contact our Customer Service dept either by phone or email and they will be able to assist you in getting what you need. The design should come with buttons and 2 charms. Make sure to give our Customer Service your order number so they can bring up the correct order :) Thank you!

I once got a pattern that was missing a key page. I called CS. They didn't have one in stock, but ordered it and shipped it to me when it arrived. It turned out beautiful, by the way!!!
