I'd like to hear from anyone who has done this project. I'm interested in doing it for my sister. Did you use plain white aida cloth? Or is the darker cloth better? Is it an easy color to work witih?

Looking at the description it appears to be an all over stitched picture so it will not matter what colour cloth you use. I would be tempted to use an off white colour although a darker colour might be preferable as it is a darker pattern. The good thing about is that there are no fractional stitched or back stitch or blended colours only full cross stitches. Just another stitcher.
