I agree Jaj. Could be either/or. Don’t see anything girl specific except the name on stitched sample.

The pattern looks to be either or, because the baby buggy is blue and the flowers pink. The fabric could easily be changed to a blue tone. It is a sweet design. Karen

I would just change the colors of both the material and floss. It has a cute saying on it and whoever receives it will be "tickled."
