Stitchin' Stuff Info :)
Hi there everyone! We have had some customers reach out to us about not getting a notification email for the July Stitchin’ Stuff box and I just wanted to touch base on that.
We apologize to anyone that didn’t get a notification email and we know email can be tricky sometimes. We are currently researching and looking into other ways our customers can be notified about the Stitchin’ Stuff boxes.
In the meantime, please make sure that your email provider doesn’t have our listadmin@everythingcrossstitch.com email address going into your spam or junk folder. Every email provider is different but you should be able to make this change in your email settings somewhere and make sure that that above email is set to go to your Inbox.
If you feel like you may have made an error in your email address during the sign up process, you can sign up again on the sign up page, just to make sure the email address we have on file for you is correct. If you aren’t sure, please feel free to contact our Customer Service department via email (service@everythingcrossstitch.com) and they can see if the email address we have for you on file is correct.
Again, we apologize to those that for some reason didn’t receive a notification email for the July box. We are looking into other ways to notify everyone who signs up so hopefully we won’t have this issue with our future boxes. Thank you and happy stitching!!

Oh and ps...if you follow us on Facebook, I have created a Facebook group on our ECS Facebook page that is specifically for the Stitchin' Stuff box :) I will still post updates, news and links about the box on here but the Group is just a new place that we can discuss all things about the box :)

To paraphrase Abraham Lincoln.You can make all of the people some of the time; you can make some of the people all the time. You can't all of the people all of the time. I think you did a great job of posting information. I think it was great that you kept the reveal date a secret so that everyone had a fair chance. Kind of like the stand alone stores that offer a "deep discount" with only a limited time to make the purchase. I have missed MANY sales on items that were only good in the evenings or early mornings.
One poster requested that you offer alternate choices in fabrics or other items. That kind of detracts from the idea of a secret box. It makes a lot more work for the ECS staff. Members need to order items individually if we don't like some of the choices.
I looked forward to the first box. Knowing that it was going to have a Christmas theme I knew I wouldn't purchase. I was just interested in knowing what was being made available.
I think you gave posters plenty of notice to sign up for the product. Everyone had a fair chance if they were interested. We need to keep an eye on the notices on the Home Page to be aware of what is going on.
Yes, my notification went to SPAM. Since, I knew it was coming, I watched for it.
I don't do FaceBook so I miss a lot of stuff. I am anti-FaceBook so I will continue to miss out on information posted there.

I was reading the other comment about the box and I never received any coupons in my box. Was I supposed to. I would have liked that. Thanks

I am very pleased with the box. Thank you for keeping the date secret so I kept coming over to the page checking every few days. I did get the email and it even went to the correct box.

Hi magic0827!! I am so sorry that you are missing the coupons :( If you could please send an email to service@everythingcrossstitch.com regarding this and I will give them the heads up about you contacting them and they will be able to get you what you are missing. I apologize about that. That was a total error on my end when I will filling the boxes and I apologize. We will get you what you are missing though!!

You can sign up on the homepage of the website. There's a box right above the Message Boards that says "Something New". Click on that and you will be taken to the sign up page. Thanks :)
