I once caught myself stitching my project on the DDs project...she doesn't, and won't EVER, know! 😨😨😨 I was distracted and distraught, OK? 😕

It was one of my gridded fabrics that she had confiscated for her use, so the gridding looked like my gridding...which it was! 😊.

I was very disturbed. Ok. It was just stupid...but it feels kind of good to confess...but NOT to her. 😀

Jaj, the stitching gods will find a way to make us pull out our hair! The more we try and "mistake-proof" our projects, the trickier they become at still having us make mistakes!

Learned long-ago--ain't nutn perfect--mistakes happen--that's why it's gaurenteed ""home made". If the mistake isn't that obvious--cuz I know where and what it was--sometimes just to go on--if too obvious--I try to correct--usually involves a whole lot of frogging!!! I have several "kits" and project's that are SO FAR GONE--AIN'T NUT'N BUT A STITCHING MIRACLE GONNA SALVAGE 'EM. I keep them just as a reminder--stitch once, count a 1000x's!!!!!
This is a hobby/activity I feel to help relieve the stress of day-to-day living. Don't make it another stresser. I know we sometimes want to get'er done. For gift giving etc. guess best "advice" get started early--just in case. I learned this lesson the hard way. Thus my reminders.

Hey, Cess. I have a half dozen I can just lay down on my chair for ya. Just pick one or two. Try to stay cool. In this part of the state it is 103 degrees already. Got in my car to make my Sonic run for the day-hey you get a super size Dr. Pepper half price-and my steering wheel was like burning hot and I am parked in the shade. Peace Pam
