Cess is right about coverage. With just a single strand you will not get full coverage. Sometimes we try to be frugal with supplies like I just took a pair of scissors and cut a piece of aida in half thinking that way I would get 2 projects out of the fabric. I checked my pattern again and it was bigger that the aida so I am going to buy more fabric to do the project. But Cess is also right when she said that it is what you want to do. Shalom. Pam
