No, not working on it but it is very colorful! Looks like it may be one for the wish list. My sister, who lives in Florida would like this one!

Why do you feel it is taking "so long"?

Wow!!! So many responses!!! I’ve been working on it OVER A YEAR! A little bit every day but I work as a full-time nanny. It’s very colorful yes but the clouds are taking so long!!! I usually do 2-3 projects/year & give them as gifts but this one I might keep! The 4 chairs represent me, my 2 sisters, and my niece who is “ like a little sis” since she is only 10 years younger than me.

If you are working on the clouds ‘a little bit at a time’ susimuse and your working white floss on a white or near white fabric, it’s going to feel like forever. I’m not doing this pattern but I have a WIP that has a LOT of white clouds and the progress feels like it’s slow doing white-on-white.
Could you possibly work on another part of the project that has some color, such as the palm trees, which might give you and your eyes a bit of a break from the clouds?
Also, if you are working full-time, that cuts into your stitching time. Suggest you try to get in 50 stitches a day,
Only 50, and see if it helps with your feeling of progress. :)

You're only "slow" if you're comparing the progress to something else. Why compare? Just work on it as you want...work on another small gift, it you're itching to do something else. It's all good! Whether you're finishing, starting, planning...it's ALL GOOD! 😊
