Time flies...
I can’t believe how fast the time flies by when stitching in the evenings....I get started and by the time I check the clock it is 2 a.m. in the morning and I feel like the energizer bunny....

Usually I wake up around 2 AM, then start stitching. What is it with only 2-3 hours of sleep at a time? The older I get, the less sleep at a time, but will need naps in there as well. Glad you are the bunny who gets lots done!!!

I have done that too. Wake up around two, stitch, & before you know it, it's six am. Maybe because it's so quiet & peaceful at that time, & no interruptions!

I have been getting a lot of stitching done during the Cardinal baseball games lately. Is that why they are winning? Oh oh, I shouldn't have said that, now they will probably start losing. Baseball is a very superstitious game. Watch the players as they go up to bat. But the games have been very entertaining lately, even when they lose. I just hope they can keep up the streak. There was one time years and years ago that I stayed up until 2 AM to finish stitching a sweatshirt for one of my daughters to wear to school the next day. I was watching a movie, so I just kept watching it over and over again. I also had to get up at 6 to get the kids ready for school and go to work.

I get lot of stitching done during football games, Vikings and/or Packers. The Vikings had a preseason game yesterday with the Jaguars, which we managed to lose in the last 2 minutes of the game, but they showed some promise for the season to come. Any way, I can get lot done during those games.

I have a question: Being a newbie here, I haven't seen a lot of postings of what people are working on or finished. Is it all right to do that???

Wow here I am 35 and go to bed with the chickens! I wish I had your stamina to work on projects until late. I love the quiet of that time of night.

Susiebelle please go ahead and post pics. We love to see WIPs and finished work. Seems we sometimes get distracted with other things.

I’m pretty strictly a morning stitcher. The dog doesn’t roll out of bed until the crack of noon, so I have the mornings to myself, once she’s awake, it’s pay attention to me time.
