I’d say an intermediate to advanced stitcher could stitch this pattern. BUT I wouldn’t discourage a stitcher that has the ‘basics’ of counted cross stitching experience such as having completed a few small cross stitching projects. Stitchers learn by tackling increasing complex patterns that are a challenge.. :)
