Bad!!
I must have been very bad in an earlier life. My SIL had biopsies on her nose, brow and hand and has been told the one on her hand is a melanoma. She goes for surgery on the 17th. Hope it has not spread anywhere else. Dealing with another cancer scare is not doing my head any good. but we will carry on and hope all is well.

As a cancer survivor myself, I wish your SIL the best of luck next week and hope for a healthy outcome. Stay strong, Deirdre!

My bro and I had red hair and very fair. My prayers and my family's prayers are headed her way on the fastest wings possible.

Prayers for your SIL. My mom had an open sore on her nose for years. My husband and I kept telling her to get it checked out but she just kept putting cream on it and thought it would go away. Finally, it got bad enough for her to go to the doctors and it was a type of cyst or something but thankfully not cancerous. I was worried that it would be because she waited so long to get it looked at.
Also, please don't think anything you have done in the past makes bad things happen to you or anyone else later in life. I can't imagine you are a bad person at all! Your concern for your SIL shows you are a good person and thoughtful of others.

DH has to go to the cardio clinic next month but the stroke and cancer clinics don't want to see again unless something flairs up. That's progress I hope.

My brother and I just keep a watch on each other. We are Irish and had red hair when we were young and extremely fair. She will be at the top of my list and I will let my bro know.

Prayers that everything returns to normal...whatever that may be for you and your family.

That sounds like positive progress to me Deidre regarding your DH. I just can’t imagine you as a bad person in a former life. To me you more likely would have been Robin Hood than the Sheriff of Nottingham in a former life.

Sometimes it is one step at a time because that is all we can manage. My Dad had MS and sometimes one step was like a mountain-but he did it and he did not die from it. My Mom had COPD and would walk the hallway and sometimes one step was like a mountain but she did it and she did not die from it. They gave me life and then they showed me how to live it.
