The minimum height is approximately 12 inches and the maximum width is 24 inches so I don't think it will work for your design size?! Just going by the dimensions given by the manufacturer for this question.

Sandy, I agree with Kristi, I don't think this scroll frame will work for your project. Is 21.5" x 26" the size of the design or is that the size of your fabric? If you look at the other photos that accompany this product, you will see that the 24" scroll frame has a split rod, meaning you slide your fabric into the slot before attaching the two end bars. The split rod has a 2" margin on one end that is not cut so the end bar can be attached, and you will need another at least 2 inches on the opposite end for the other end bar, so that means it will only hold a maximum piece of fabric of 20 inches. I actually have this floor stand, but it's at my other house and I won't be going up there until Saturday, so I can't check it out for you right now. But I think this is right.
