Because I am lefthanded I taught my self to knit and crochet. However they still don't have lefthanded hooks.....have a great weekend everyone.

I tend to be a long poster so please bear with me...lol Bermuda, yep I do...lol they have as many left-handed crochet hooks as they do left handed needles for cross stitch.😁 I tend to buy the right handed ones myself.😂 On another note DH, who is 54 years old, just texted me from the couch, a paltry 2 feet from my chair, boys and their toys, it would have been faster to just talk to me.🙄

Yep, once they know your on the chat, they can’t get ‘a word in edgewise’ so they go to an e-mail.
I received a rare phone call from DH as I was leaving the craft store parking lot....he locked himself out of the house..we have had to order new garage door opener remotes because our originals have bit the dust ( more than a battery change can cure, must be electrical) and the new ones haven’t come in yet.
As I drove to the house, I noticed our next door neighbor animatedly talking to the new neighbor (who recently moved in across the street from us) probably ‘trash talking us’ again. If it was just us, I could see a possible problem, but most of the people who live around here know him to be an a-hole just from some of the actions he’s done over the last ten years to us and other neighbors around him.

The Happy Hooker....lol!! I love it! 😂😹. Seriously though, I've been thinking I might try learning to crochet. I prefer to cross stitch but it's a little hard on the eyes. Sometimes they need a little break.

I have that same problem as well. I had a huge stash of cross stitch kits, not counting books and threads, and fabric. I keep telling myself, I am stocking up because when I retire, I won't have the extra funds to splurge with. On top of that I also sew and right now I have 4 crates of fabric and lots of small scraps of fabric. I don't even want to think about the cost of all that stuff. I am constantly looking for reduced price fabric, you never know what you can find at a rock bottom price. I also do just plain crafts as well, and have a cricut expression. I could use a whole 10 x 10 room for all my stuff but right now sharing with dear daughter who came to roost at our house. Looking forward to the day I can take the double bed out and put in a day bed and decorate my woman cave like I want it.
