Finished
I finally finished a snowman on perforated paper. My grandson has been helping me, but I decided to finish it Saturday night. Also, my Stitchin Stuff box came today. I can't wait to start the design in the box. My grandson wants to help.

Oh, that's a really cute snowman!!! Are you going to use him as a tree ornament or did you have another purpose in mind?

We, my grandson and I, are trying to decide what to do. I have some other snowmen patterns, so I'm not sure if we will make all of them for ornaments. I also have some Christmas cards to do. I need to get busy.

Beautifully rendered djhmom55! And with help from your grandson ... it will be a forever memory for both of you. Attaway! And may you have many, many hours to enjoy your grandson. What a gift. :)

Very cute! Don't they have notebooks at B&N with clear sleeves...might be Hallmark...this would make for a nice book for him to write jokes, stories, keep scrapbook stuff...baseball/soccer/basketball/movie/play ticket stubs...just a thought. 😊

VCESS, he has 3 notebooks here at my house and several at his house. He writes all kinds of things in them, finds things to glue in them, and then he just makes little odds and ends to put in them. He was here when I got my box today. I think he was more excited than I was. He has decided to use the packing stuff for crafts. Not sure what it will be yet, but he says he has ideas.

Obviously way ahead of this old fogey! 😊. I bow to his superiority! 😁

That is a cute snowman! I think it is great that you and your grandson can bond together over stitching. Kids attention span usually doesn't last long enough to do something like this. This is great.

That is one of the most colorful snowmen I have ever seen, and I love it! You and your grandson did a beautiful job stitching him, djhmom! What a wonderful memory! How old is your grandson?

He just turned 7, Susiebelle, and he loves to do crafts. He makes up a lot of different things to do.
