I probably messed up my thread. Su Pitt is going to have some tests and I just let her know prayers will be with her from fellow stitchers. As usual, I make people go "huh". Sometimes, I am such a klutz!!!!!!!!

DH and I wish you all the best for your treatment and hope it clears everything up in one swoop and the medics don't have to go back and try something else.

I have heard if you drink that stuff through a straw, it goes down easier, less taste.

I had the same test done. My doctor gave me to take instead of drinking that stuff' The only problem doing that it is about 35 pills you take some like every 4 hours, Hope this helps,

I am midway through the preparation for the test. The "Su-Prep" is not really my nameis it? I already had a pill supposed to help with gas, then the yucky stuff....tastes both ugly sweet and extra salty. Whew. Have to gst up at 3 a.m. my old aphorism about that time was "There are only a couple of things to do at that hour of the morning. Both of them start with "F". One of them is fishing. The other is not." So, my insides exploded with a fury at 9p.m.. three hours after taking the stuff. Then, I get the pill to help with nausea at 3a.m. Thursday and the nasty-tasting liquid at 4 a.m., along with an enema. Due at the hospital at 7 a.m., exactly when I will explode again. At the remodelled hospital, you are checked in a a desk on a side of a gorgeous lobby. I might not be allowed to be admitted if I explode there.
I am tired and feel as if I am just at the beginning of a long road. My stitching is going to have to be laid aside. I guess my holiday stitching gifts will be for Easter. I still have physical therapy, another epidural spine injection (by a doctor who looks like he hasn't finished high school). And then, yippee, neurosurgery to fix the problem. Have spent the day on clear liquids.
