Wow!! That's so awesome of your employer to do fun stuff like that during the holidays!! Your ornament turned out so great!! I can see how that would be get competitive though, lol! Thanks for sharing!! Let us know if you win and which cookies you decide to go with :)

Thanks, Kristi! I will keep you posted on who wins the tree decoration contest. I will post a pic of my cookie choice by the weekend or early next week. Company holiday luncheon is Tuesday, Dec. 18th!

Those are really cute ornaments. One of my sons made a man w/a hat on a painted white light bulb when he was in elementary school. It hangs on our tree every year.

What an "enlightening" idea! Ok everyone, stop groaning!! It is a cute idea and what a fun way for all to participate. Keep us posted and let us know what cookie you decide on so we can enjoy vicariously.

It is such a neat idea. Your penguin turned out great and it is cool that your company tries to make the holidays special for their employees. Let us know what recipe you come up with for the competition. It may give us all a chance to make the famous "LadyJ Cookies"! Pam After all, it's already been said "what an enlightening idea". Double groan.
