It looks like it's a pattern, not a kit. You could change the blue "welcome" to pink.

There is really nothing in this pattern that makes me think about "boy" baby. The lettering is blue but easy to switch to pink (or other color). Did you notice that the dragon on the right side is knitting? That is definitely still a "girlish" activity. I would also switch out some of the green dragons to pink, purple maybe even some orange to brighten the piece up a little.
