Yes, this a Stamped kit. The best way to know what a product is, is to look at the Product Type that is located to the right of the picture. For example this one states: ProductType: Stamped Kit - that means it's a stamped kit :) Product Type: Cross Stitch Kit would mean a counted cross stitch kit and Product Type: Cross Stitch Pattern means it's a counted cross stitch pattern.
