Will this stand hold Q Snaps?

Not very well, in my opinion. I use Q-Snaps and have a couple of floor stands and neither of them holds Q-Snaps properly. Because of the clamp on the Q-Snap, it tends to rotate and droop on a floor stand such as this. Because it is plastic, you cannot tighten the clamp on the floor stand enough to hold the Q-Snap firmly without breaking it. A floor stand that clamps from two sides would work better. Just my opinion.

I should have read further, as I saw the first question, on the other floor stand, so I answered that one.
Yes, this one will definitely work for Q-Snaps, as that is what I use exclusively for mine. It is fully adjustable, & can twist around a bit so you can end your threads. Never have had a problem & have been using it for so many years (since Q-Snaps first came out). The only thing I have had to replace, is one of the screws, as I wore the threads out after so long.
If you are concerned about the tightening it too much on the q-snap, put a soft cloth, like a dish cloth on the top of the snap, before you tighten up the clamp. I did this at first, but found it unnecessary, so I stopped using one, & just tightened it right down. There are so many adjustable places on this stand, that it will accommodate any angle you are comfortable stitching with.

I highly recommend this one.
