No this is just a pattern. if you look at the Artsy cow site, it states it is a pattern. Patterns do not include fabric or floss. if it states that it is a kit then it should include pattern, fabric and floss.

All you get when you order this item is the pattern only! You need to order the fabric and floss separately. If you do not already have fabric and floss, you can order them at the same time scrolling down the page and clicking on the box to add them to your order.
