I am not sure, but think that you will have to contact the company. I have had to make calls to Dimensions and Janlynn over similar problem and they have been so nice and helpful. Pam

Hello,
If you purchased this from us directly, you can contact our Customer Service dept and give them your order number. From there, they should be able to assist you getting a replacement of the color key. Our office number is 800-800-8517 Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm EST and our email is service@everythingcrossstitch.com.
If you did not purchase this from us directly, then you will either need to contact the place you purchased it from or contact Cody Cross Stitch directly and see if they can send you a replacement. Hope this helps! Thank you :)
