We just have this one version of the chart. Not sure if the designer is going to create another version of this? But you can switch up the colors and make some changes to the design as your're stitching it to make it more boyish :)

I think if you just left off the pigtails and made the head more of a circle it would look like a boy sleeping. I would leave the rest as is unless I decided to change the school of fish from a pink to a green or a red. I tend to 'personalize' my projects though.

I agree with you LeAnne about leaving off the pigtails and it would like a boy.
