For the cost of $18.95 I'm going to guess that It's a kit, complete with floss and the Aida cloth. Again, I'm just another stitcher.

I think it is just the pattern.

Like jaba said this project is just a pattern. You have to buy the floss and fabric to do it if you don't have any in your stash.

Don't know about this pattern, but I have 2 other designs from Kooler Designs and they are in book form. Hope this helps. I know Kristi at customer service here can answer your question better.
