No Grid Lines
This pattern has grid lines, but it is so light that I can barely see it. I usually make copies of the patterns so I can mark on them, but the grid lines doesn't show up! I know this is trivial for you all experienced stitchers and being an "experienced" stitcher myself (almost 20 years), I should be able to follow without the grid lines, however, I need the grid lines b'c I multi-task while stitching (watch tv or watch DH play video game, which I really enjoy doing while stitching). What would your advice be? Return it? Draw in the grid lines? Need advice please.

We sent you out a new chart for this design. There were some printing issues for this design that caused the grid lines to come out lighter. It has been fixed on our end and we sent you out a new chart :) Not sure if Customer Service emailed you back regarding this or not but I know I reshipped this chart for you the other day. We apologize for that error on our end but a new one (with darker lines) is on it's way to you! Thanks!

Hmm....I will definitely follow up on that. Not sure why they didn't email you back regarding the reshipment?! Your new chart should be arriving soon :)
