This is a counted cross stitch kit, If you click on the bar at the top of the page under products you will see a heading for Products. That gives you a listing of various products and you will see that 'cross stitch' is always counted cross stitch. There is a another listing for Stamped Products and this will give you stamped cross stitch kits. Best wishes for your project. Karen
