Missing order
I ordered this wedding kit a few months ago and never received it! Please let me know what's going on so I know if I have to look somewhere else for a kit. The wedding is getting closer!

That picture is NOT of a kit, it is a pattern. If it was months ago, you probably should have called customer service before now. I suggest you call them as soon as possible...this is a chat room and we can only point a direction. 😀

Our office number is 800-800-8517 and we are open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm EST and our email is service@everythingcrossstitch.com. Please make sure to give them your actual order number so they can look up the correct order to see what is going on. Thank you!
