Several Projects at Same Time?
I work on one thing until it's finished or if I find I don't like it, I abandon it. Do most of you have more than one project going at a time?

I do one at a time. I like to do larger projects. One I’m doing now is Old Barn in a Storm. I’m about half way through and been working on it about 3 months.

I tend to work on 1 at a time. Having said that, I recently found a UFO I had completely forgotten about. Hoping to assemble it today then will post it.

Personally, I currently have 4 going 🙄. But find if I rotate them weekly I don’t get bored. However, 1 will soon be complete and have vowed NOT to start another until others are done. Guess we will see if that works out. Have a sneaky suspicion it won’t.

I prefer large projects, also, and I work on one at a time until it's complete no matter how long it takes. I do have to admit, however, that I have two smaller WIPS that I have not worked on in several years and they probably, maybe, well..., might eventually... get completed, if I live long enough. 😁 I cannot say I've ever gotten bored with any cross-stitch project, something else just comes along that I want to do first!
I am almost done with my Irish Blessing Sampler and will post a photo sometime this week!

I'm on the one at a time boat. I do have one abandoned project I tucked away. I couldn't bear to toss it but was overwhelmed with it at the time and not enjoying it.

I have 3 projects I started and have not touched in 2 years. I have 4 projects I am working on now and just keep picking at them depending on my mood!

I'm a 1 one WIP project person too. I also only read one book at a time. I've heard some people have multiple books going...one in bedroom, one in living room, etc. Not me.

I had 9 projects going, but put 4 of them away for awhile. I try to work one page at a time on each project. Then I also do real small projects in between. The small ones will usually take one evening. I like to keep several going so I don't get bored with just one. I also usually read 2 books at a time. And my DVR is usually full, trying to get it emptied to get ready for next fall. I guess maybe I am afraid of running out of time to do it all. There are so many projects I want to do, so many books to read and shows to watch.

I have 3 in progress (that I'll admit to) and am working on a two week schedule. I find that at the moment it's working for me and I am getting more done. If I finish one in those 2 weeks, I can start something else. Just finished "Balsam Fir - Jack Frost's Tree Farm this morning and am debating what to start. Diane

I have several projects that I work on at one time. I have a severe attention issue with anything so whatever grabs my attention at the time I work on. I have been trying to make myself work on Boo Butterfly the most as I would like to get it done for Halloween this year. I also can't just cross stitch without something else going on such as the TV in the back ground or house work that I know needs to be done so I try and cross stitch while the laundry is going or the dish washer is doing its thing, so then I don't feel so guilty for just cross stitching and doing nothing else.
