Be warned about Baby Shoes
#1. This is said to be on 14-count Aida. Turns out it's 18. Kinda hard on elderly eyes.

#2. The floss that is included with this kit knots very easily while you are working on this piece.

It's been fun (almost) to work on and will be beautiful when completed, but I'm getting frustrated with the knotting.

Did you post this on the review page? Be sure to... Do reviews end up here, too?

I did put it on the review page. Hadn't even thought about it before. Thanx for the input.

Good for you! Love it when projects I'm considering are reviewed by previous stitchers! And this is a piece of the ECS puzzle that is majorly under-used or totally neglected! And it only takes a minute...if you're smarter than I am! 😃

I've always adored the Baby Shoes pattern--I hope it turns out great despite the floss tangle troubles:) Will you please post a picture when finished (or in progress:)? Is there a way to prevent the knotting problems? I don't even like the way that type of floss feels--it gets stuck and pulls in the needle too. I use I'd know ahead of time which floss is the "difficult" type! It's such a joy stitching using quality products.

I think the situation calls for Thread Heaven/Thread Magic...might help...can't hurt. 😄

I'm with Vecess about posting your items on the review page. When I see something I like it would be so nice to see reviews about the product.
