Lavender roses pattern and thread
My bill shows all thread but NOT the pattern. Could u please include pattern n send me a revised bill? Thank u!

I love this pattern its on my wish list! In answer to your request call ECS or email them. They will find the missing paperwork.

If you could please contact us either by phone or email and provide us with your order number, we can look up your order and see what the issue is. If the pattern was not purchased along with the thread, then it wouldn't be sent to you. You can look up your receipts through your account here on the website. If the pattern is listed on your receipt, then it will be sent to you. If the pattern is not listed on your receipt, then it wasn't purchased and you would have to purchase the pattern before we send it out to you. Our phone number is 800-800-8517 or you can contact us using the email feature on the homepage. We just need to have your order number so we can look it up :) Thanks!
