beautiful
I am almost done with this project. if you want a challenge this is the one. but it is the most beautiful picture. the detail makes it so real. I am so glad I took the time to make this. I have one more page on the pattern and I'm done. I cannot wait to get it framed and hang it on my living room wall. it is just beautiful. I recommend this to everyone.

boop

how long have you been working on this?

just curious.. I have a large project that I put aside.. first really large one (20 pages) & I was overwhelmed..
doing some other/smaller things now; but seeing all the beautiful things other stitchers do, makes me itch to go back to the larger project. I am a one project at a time stitcher..
happy stitching

Hi boop. Like dbye, I would love to know how long this project took you to stitch. I love the colors in this beautiful scenic design. When you finish and before you frame under glass, you should try to take a photo to upload here on the chat so we can all take in the beauty of what you have stitched. We, as stitchers, can really appreciate and admire a stitched design of this size and know the time investment it requires.

thanks everyone for your interest. it has been over a year, a long time I know. but I love to cross stitch. if your planning on doing a project like this I recommend it. It has 15 pages and the middle of the design is the worst, because of all the detail but I would give it a try and keep plugging away at it because the outcome is going to be worth it.

bop: congratulations on completing this beaUtiful picture! And yes please post the final results before framing!

Darlene: I seem to only do large ambitious projects! Don't know why, just what I do! But, I usually have 2-3 of them going so when I get tired of one I work on another. Just do little chunks of time, you'll get it done in no time!!

i use to do small projects also, but I wanted something for my living room wall that had the outdoor feel and found this picture. loved it. I guess kind of my dream retirement home. when I get this done I am going to do the pattern with deer at the lake one of the patterns from this company. another big project but love to cross stitch. I think most every one I in my family have something I had made. happy stitching everyone.
