Maubennett: THIS is what that HUGE piece of cloth is for!!! It will take a very long time to complete, but it's pretty!
This is the first time I've ever pre-gridded my cloth beforehand and while it IS kinda a pain, I'm now beginning to see the actual grid pattern and wish I had learned of this YEARS ago!!
Like someone else posted, I carry it with me to dr appointments and such to work on the gridding.
If I take a stitching project with me to rehab later in summer, it might be this one.

Marlene keep us posted how it goes. It looks beautiful. I think I may have to try a fractal project one of these days. I have 3 cross stitch projects going now plus I need to finish the quilt I am working for my one son and start cutting out the fabric for another quilt. Boy, do I love retirement. I am going to have to live to at least 120 to get everything done I want to.
