SamSarah usually posts information to purchase the incredible hangers on the package for the pattern, or inside with the instructions! This is a cute one. I just finished their "Steam Punk Sea Serpent ", but decided that I wouldn't use the hanger, but frame for DH because he loved it immediately. Their designs are fun to stitch!

Don't have a place to recommend. The hardware is called a "bell pull" or "bell pull hanger." That should make an internet search a little easier for you.
