Fabric Color Suggestions
Hi,
I just purchased this design. I like the color of fabric that it is on but I wanted to choose a color that depicts night. That doesn't mean I would use dark navy or black, especially sincet the design is outlined in black. I've been to my LNS and didn't find anything that was an "aha!" moment. If you've got a specific fabric choice in nothing smaller than 18 counts per inch, I'd love to hear it. Or, if you have done this design, what color/fabric did you use? Thank you!

I looked at the pattern and I think I would use a 16ct or 18ct. Aida fabric in a medium gray color. There are several here on this ECS website. That is just my suggestion. I hope there are others that will give you other suggestion. I have changed the fabric type many times on projects I have done. Don't worry the "Fabric Police" will not come and get you. LOL That is what is so nice about this hobby. There are no rules "set in stone".
Just remember no matter what fabric you use to add 3 inches per side for framing. Enjoy your stitching on this cute project.

Picture This Plus fabric has an 18 count fabric named "Haunted" that you might want to look at.

Wow. Dense Fog, Haunted, and a gray. All sound really good. I checked them out. It's going to take this Libra rising person a little time to make up her mind. Decisions! Thanks, everyone! I'll see what my LNS carries before I buy on line.
