Bruce STL is correct :) Dimensions uses their own brand of floss for their products so they are the only ones that can send replacements for their kit. Their contact information should be on the kit itself, but if it's not, you can contact them via their website: http://www.eksuccessbrands.com/dimensionsneedleworks/
