Bernice -- you need to contact Customer Service. There is a link just below the Everything Cross Stitch Logo.

ECS has a great customer service department. I am sure that this matter will be addressed promptly.

WOW -- that is a lot of black and other dark colors. The pattern looks magnificent.

I have already contacted Customer service and they said it would be shipped out today. What is the time difference between me and you . Right now it is 6:15 here in Hamilton Ontario Canada Also I would like to know if you received my cheque of 55.36 with my order no. wrote on the cheque. thank you....Bernice Roy

Bernice - you are between Windsor and Toronto, aren't you? Same time zone as Detroit, isn't it? Dayton is in the same time zone that you are.

Maybe you don't understand. You are posting messages on a Chat line. The participants are stitchers not employees.

You need to contact Customer Service for problems relating to your purchase.

i see your in canada too ive ordered from here b4 and have had it take almost 2 months to get the order it all depends on our custom how fast we get it

Hello Bernice,

I am glad Customer Service was able to assist you with your order. If your order was shipped out, then that means the payment has been received. We don't ship out orders until the payment is cleared :) You should have received an email with a tracking number in it, if you included your email address when you placed the order. We are located in Dayton, OH so our time zone is Eastern Standard Time, which makes it about 8:18am currently :)
