Count
What count is this? I think I read somewhere else that HAED patterns are all at least 25 count. If that's the case, consider me intimidated!

Yes, HAED designs are designed for 25 ct, but you can always change the fabric count to whatever you want. Some stitchers choose to do HAED designs on higher counts (which produce smaller finished products), and other choose to use smaller counts, from which they'll get larger finished products.

If you're an experienced stitcher, I say give this pattern a go!! This is one of HAED's quick-stitch patterns so it's smaller than the typical ones. You could always use a fabric count that you're more comfortable with and progress to a higher count, if you think you'd like it. But you actually might end up liking what the picture looks like on the fabric count that you choose. Go for it!! :)

The 25 count is available at many websites as DMC Magic Guide, which, if you have good vision, should help a lot! It has water soluble graphed lines on it that mark off 10x10 squares, just like your graph paper! An easy way to follow a large pattern!

I can't see even 18 count well, but since Magic Guide is also available in 18 count, I might have to try some...I know it would make my HAED patterns bigger, but that seems a small price to pay.
