Description on the product page says it is the size of each design... :)

I believe the size 4" X 6" is for each cross stitch project looking at the description section.

It actually reads 4.1" by 6.1", which on 14 count aida is for each design and therefore would be 1.4 STITCHES too big for a standard size 4"x6" frame. You could try to leave out 2 stitches in both the height and width or use 16 count to get a size of approximately, that is rounded up, 3.6" by 5.5". Then thdn would easily fit in a standard 4"x6" frame. A big way to save in fdaming, as custom framrs cost a lot!
