2 questions about this pattern
I have 2 questions about this pattern
1 - Is this full stitches or are there 1/2 or 3/4 stitches on this?

2 - Could I put something else in place of the name? My daughter's preschool goes by initials and I wanted to make this as and end of time at the school gift for the owners/directors (my daughter has been at the school for 3 years)

Thanks in advance

I can tell it is a nice pattern it is all cross stitch other wise the pattern will tell. Of course U can add something else instead of the name. Enjoy.

Yes you can. You have all the letters right there, you just have to gragh out whatever you want on it. I just make a copy of blank squares (you may have to just use some blank spot on the pattern to get empty squares, so you have the correct number of squares to match your pattern). Then just center it, & make it say what you want it to. I have done that many times, to great conclusions. The end result, is a very personalized gift.

I only know the answer to your second question.

There is no law that says you have to stitch the pattern exactly as it is printed. You are free to make any changes you choose. It should be very easy to stitch the wording. Take a piece a graph paper and spell out the school name.

Also, I notice there are a lot of "suggested" colors. If you have a stash of flosses use them. I rarely follow the color key exactly as it is printed.

I promise the Cross Stitch Police will not come looking for you.

Regarding Question #1. I don't know if there are 1/2 or 3/4 stitches. If no one on this ChitChat knows for sure, contact Customer Service. (They are closed on the week-end) Kristi usually checks this Chat and answers questions first thing on Monday mornings.

This looks like a fun piece to stitch.

Looks like I am not the only one checking in early this morning. There were no responses when I first started answering the questions

Miss C and Nita type faster than I do

FYI -- looks like a lot of back-stitching
