Just look on the top where there the word Customer Service. Click on it you will find the telephone no. so call them and give your card no and ask for what you need from ECS. Have fun.

Just a thought, don't know if it will help regarding the frame or not. Since you live in Australia, have you tried to contact Tereena Clark of Artecy.com- a cross stitch website- to see if she knows of any resources for frames? Tereena lives in Australia and she might know of frame shops....Go to Artecy.com website and contact her through her e-mail

The designer has finished this as a pillow. Look closely at it enlarged. You won't find the button print fabric unless your local fabric store has it. It's not the best for Santa either. Look for a Christmas fabric or a print with sox or ties.
