The pattern/leaflet is wonderful. Good quality paper, etc. I ordered the floss for the pattern, but not all of it was available and not expected to be received on backorder. It is not DMC or one of the other well-known brands, so now I am out of luck for that color and have no equivalent in another brand! No help from customer service
