I haven't stitched this pattern before, but usually a lettering chart is included. If not, there are books with different lettering styles available for sale. You can find them at your local Joann's, Michaels, or other stores selling cross stitch items. Hope this is helpful information.

Local libraries often have cross stitch books to lend so you can just get graph paper and select an alphabet, too.

How soon could I expect this item to be shipped? What method do you use for shipping?

Ive had a blanket Ive had to add a name to and it had a lettering chart.

I have done this pattern in the blanket and its cute. I add backs to mine and the material had the same animals on it.

This design will include an alphabet for personalization. We offer First Class Shipping from the USPS, Priority Mail shipping and UPS shipping. Once orders are placed it can take anywhere from 2-2 business days for them to ship out. Hope this helps :)
